I do have a couple long term goals that are going to keep recurring each month.
- I want to lose 20 lbs. I have had 4 little girls in a 5 year time period. I NEED to get rid of SOME of this baby weight! Some of my monthly goals will help get me to this end result.
- Each month my sister and I are going to try to get together one to make freezer meals we can use on occasion during the next month. I think this will help reduce my stress levels.
- Some of my monthly goals are going to help me organize and declutter my life. Some of my stress also comes from the fact that our house ALWAYS seems to be a mess. And when I start tripping over things or kicking things out of my way, I get more and more stressed ('If I only had more time to clean the house wouldn't look like this, I wouldn't be tripping over that and I wouldn't be so stressed when I come home from work.'). I feel like a clean house would keep my sanity at a 'normal' level.
- I am a 4th grade teacher and next school year (2013-2014) I am going to try to stay at home with my girls. We are going to see if we can live financially off of only my husband's check and what I make from selling Thirty-One gifts. That means we need to get a couple more bills paid down/off so I am going to need to start encouraging our family to live more frugally. Some of my monthly goals will be aimed to help with this.
Hopefully my monthly resolutions will help me stay on track this year and make my life a little bit easier!!
